Alexis (Lexi) McIntosh is a licensed occupational therapist with a passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life across all ages. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science—Developmental Lifespan from the University of Louisville and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Her clinical interests include hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, neuro conditions and pediatric developmental therapy.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys coaching cheerleading, decorating sugar cookies and spending time with her husband.
